Why Is It So Hard To Lose Weight After Kids?

Declaimer: I'm not a weight loss expertise or whatsoever. I'm simply a mum who'd like to share some of her weight loss experience that may help other struggling mums.

Honestly, I don't know the answer the question.

It took me three years to lose 3 kilos! What a loser, right? However, to look at it in a positive way, every gram I've lost never came back. Yes the occasionally up and down during holiday seasons, but it always gets back on track afterwards.

How have I done it in case you wonder? One simple principle and multiway to achieve it.

THE PRINCIPLE: a weight loss journey is essentially a lifestyle changing journey, a journey to a healthier and happier self.


  1. Diet, but not a diet. whether it's Keto diet ( some keto receipt books here that I know), or intermittent fasting ( a really good Ted talk on this here), or Paleo diet, or Vegan diet.... I can go on and on. Whatever you choose, the "diet" will have to eventually become your lifestyle, the way you eat for the rest of your life. Can't do, aye? NO ONE CAN! So what do we do? You adapt little by little of what sounds acceptable to you and doable to you and just do that. For example,
